I have heard the kids club will put kids in time out if they don't want to do the scheduled activity. Is this true?

I wouldn’t say that they put them in time out. In my experience often times the counselors will ask the kids to at least listen to the instructions and give the activity a try before they decide to opt out of an activity.

This was our experience with our oldest daughter. Most of the time she ended up loving the activity that she thought she wasn’t going to enjoy, but a few times she opted to do something else. The staff is not going to punish anyone who doesn’t want to participate.
